Małgorzata Manowska:
- in 2007 – deputy minister of justice in Zbigniew Ziobro’s ministry;
- later the Court of Appeal in Warsaw;
- since 2016, head of the National School of Judiciary and Public Prosecution, appointed by Zbigniew Ziobro;
- since 2018, in the Civil Chamber of the Supreme Court recommended by the neo-NCJ.
- in parallel, she still heads the National School of Judiciary and Public Prosecution, although the former First President of the Supreme Court prof. Małgorzata Gersdorf objected to these functions being combined. Consequently, disciplinary proceedings are pending against Manowska in the Supreme Court.
- A huge leak of personal data of judges, prosecutors and judicial staff took place while she was managing the National School of Judiciary and Public Prosecution.
