Disciplinary allegations for judges Monika F. and Olimpia B.-M.

Disciplinary Spokesman for Judges of Common Courts Courts Judge Piotr Schab informed recently, that on January 17, 2019. his deputy - judge Przemysław Radzik has started disciplinary proceedings and brought charges against the judge of the District Court Poznań - Nowe Miasto and Wilda in Poznań Monika F., whom he accused of having committed a total of 172 disciplinary offences violating Art. 107 § 1 of the Act of 27 July 2001 - Law on the System of Common Courts consisting in a glaring and obvious breeching of the procedural law related to exceeding the statutory deadlines for making written justifications, leading to the length of proceedings in civil cases and voiding proceedings on the result of gross procedural errors.

Deputy Disciplinary Spokesman of Judges of Common Courts, Judge Przemysław W. Radzik also instituted disciplinary proceedings and submitted disciplinary allegations to the judge of the District Court in Gorzów Wielkopolski, Olympia B.-M., which he accused of committing 10 disciplinary offenses under art. 107 § 1 of the Act of July 27, 2001. The Law on the System of Common Courts consisting in a glaring and obvious breeching of the provisions of procedural law related to the exceeding of statutory deadlines for making written justifications in civil cases.

Judge Monika F. was also responsible for the length of proceedings in three cases, which was confirmed by the decisions of the District Court in Poznań. In addition, a procedural error leading to the nullity of the proceedings was found in one case.
