We are an independent, apolitical and self-governing association of Polish judges.
Our main mission is to defend freedom and civil rights, which are the democratic foundations of Poland - a member of the the European Union.
We have been operating for more than 25 years, also as part of different international organisations of judges. We associate over 3,500 judges, most of them in Poland.

High Court Justice Kazimierz Zawada

Born February 8, 1951 in Mędrzechów/Mędrzechowo. He graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Jagiellonian University in 1973. After a three-year legal training he passed the judge exam. In 1982 he received a PhD an 1990 a habilitation in civil law. Since 2001 he is a full professor. Currently employed as a researcher and teacher at the department of Private International Law at his alma mater. He gives lectures on law of bills of exchange.

Professor Kazimierz Zawada is High Court judge in the Civil Chamber. He specialized in issues of assignment, bonds and securities.
