We are an independent, apolitical and self-governing association of Polish judges.
Our main mission is to defend freedom and civil rights, which are the democratic foundations of Poland - a member of the the European Union.
We have been operating for more than 25 years, also as part of different international organisations of judges. We associate over 3,500 judges, most of them in Poland.

Appeal of the European Judges' Associations in the Murat Arslan case.

17 October 2022. representatives of the Association of European Administrative Judges (AEAJ), the European Association of Judges (EAJ), the Judges for Judges Association (Judges for Judges), the Magistrats Européens pour la Démocratie et les Libertés (MEDEL) addressed to the President of the European Commission, the Vice President of the European Commission, the European Commissioner for Values and Transparency, the High Representative of the European Union, the European Commissioner for Neighbourhood and Enlargement, as well as the Secretary General of the Council of Europe and the Commissioner for Human Rights in defence of Murat Arslan, the Turkish judge - president of the Independent Turkish Judges' Association YARSAV - persecuted by his country's authorities.
